This brief, focused consultation is designed to evaluate the structural requirements of a project and determine the appropriate level of methodological oversight.
Objective: Discussion of the project phase (Design, Implementation, or Analysis) and identification of primary methodological challenges.
Outcome: Determination of service architecture (e.g., Forensic Audit vs. Fractional Partnership) followed by a formal proposal and contract.
Note: This is a scoping call only. To ensure methodological integrity, no data or technical documents are reviewed during this session.
Tier II: Methodological Advisory Session
Duration: 60 Minutes
Fee: $350 (Creditable toward a full-scale contract)
A standalone, intensive session for targeted troubleshooting and strategic guidance. This is a high-level advisory engagement for those not yet requiring a full forensic audit.
Objective: Specific "sanity checks" on study design, interpretation of complex outputs, or developing strategies for peer-review rebuttals.
Submission: A 1–2 page project summary or specific bottleneck description must be provided 36 hours in advance.
Note: This session is for consultation and logic review. It does not include active data cleaning, coding, or primary analysis.
